Position Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prepaid Subject Matter Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing expert-level knowledge and support for Prepaid platforms, with a focus on 4G Core and 5G Core technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in 3GPP call flows, extensive experience in troubleshooting cellular networks, and a strong understanding of Diameter messaging and Service-Based Architecture (SBA) messaging. This position requires the ability to perform complex data analysis, communicate executive summaries of findings, and translate business requirements into precise network configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SurePay/Prepaid platforms, providing in-depth knowledge and support for 4G Core and 5G Core network elements.
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of 3GPP call flows, including the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex signaling interactions.
• Utilize extensive experience to troubleshoot and resolve issues within cellular data and voice networks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of Diameter messaging protocols and their role in network operations.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Service-Based Architecture (SBA) principles and implementation within mobile networks.
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement within the network.
• Develop and present clear and concise executive summaries of data analysis outcomes, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into accurate and efficient network configurations.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to Prepaid platforms, call flows, and network configurations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members on Prepaid and related technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Subject Matter Expert for SurePay/Prepaid platforms.
• Deep understanding of 4G Core and 5G Core network architectures and technologies.
• Expert-level knowledge of 3GPP call flows and signaling protocols.
• Proven track record of successfully troubleshooting complex cellular network issues.
• Strong expertise in Diameter messaging and related protocols.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Service-Based Architecture (SBA) principles.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis and generate executive summaries.
• Ability to translate business requirements into accurate network configurations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
