**Job Title: Email Marketing Coordinator**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating and managing email marketing campaigns, ensuring that our communications are engaging and effective.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Build and design emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for various projects, utilizing standardized templates and processes.
- Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to gather requirements for email campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets and adherence to production timelines.
- Conduct initial Quality Assurance testing on emails to verify content accuracy, proper rendering across different email devices and browsers, and link functionality.
- Prepare, upload, and validate recipient lists provided by stakeholders to ensure accurate targeting.
- Facilitate the proofing process with stakeholders, making revisions based on feedback and ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Schedule email deployments, confirm timing with stakeholders, and monitor the deployment process to ensure successful completion.

**Qualifications:**

- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in email marketing or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, including Content Builder and Data Extensions.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing deadlines.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is preferred but not required.

**Additional Information:**

- **Location:** This is a remote position, with a focus on candidates located in Massachusetts.
- **Tenure Limit:** 3 months
- **Pay Rate Range:** BR0-BR/hour
- **Education Requirement:** High School Graduate
- **Employment Type:** Non-Exempt/Overtime Eligible
