Job Summary: The Beach Club Runner is responsible for supporting the wait staff and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests at Gurney's exclusive Beach Club. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient service flow, upholding presentation standards, and contributing to a seamless luxury guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar to guest tables, cabanas, and lounge areas.
• Assist servers by restocking service stations with supplies, utensils, and condiments.
• Ensure food and beverages are presented according to resort standards.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness throughout the Beach Club.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining storage and service areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and wait staff to ensure smooth service.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas before and after shifts.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverages.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Must be able to take direction and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak season hours.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, food, and beverage items up to 30 pounds.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching required.

• Competitive hourly wage $16.50-$16.50 plus tips.
