We are seeking a results-driven Business Developer to join our Executive Search firm in Miami. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our recruitment services across key industries.
This is a strategic, high-impact role suited for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual with a deep understanding of professional services, particularly within recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search. The position offers significant growth potential for candidates who thrive in a performance-driven, consultative environment.
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities with companies across targeted industries.
Build, manage, and nurture relationships with decision-makers, including CEOs, CHROs, and other senior executives.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to understand their recruitment needs and position our services effectively.
Collaborate closely with the internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update all activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform business development strategy.
Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry forums to expand brand awareness.
Contribute to the strategic growth plan and revenue objectives of the Miami office.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within recruitment, executive search, or professional services.
Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close commercial agreements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and corporate decision-making structures.
Self-starter with a high level of autonomy, organization, and goal orientation.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are essential ; Spanish is a plus but not required.
