Salary Range

The hiring target for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per year. The full salary range for this position is $77,969 to $94,516 annually.

Job Description

McGee Air Services is seeking an analyst with a passion for aviation to join our fast-paced, high-exposure team. In this cross-functional role, you will combine operational insight with business intelligence expertise to enhance our ground handling operations, systems, tools, processes, and policies. You will deliver actionable data analysis, research, reporting, and collaborative solution development that align with McGee’s strategic goals, KPIs, and safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across operations and leadership to identify business needs and translate them into actionable analytical and IT projects.
• Deliver high-quality data analysis, research, and reporting to support operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
• Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of IT solutions and automation tools to streamline business processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through technology enhancements and automation, working with IT and operational teams to implement solutions.
• Document IT processes, automation workflows, and standard operating procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency. Oversee and contribute to the development of McGee’s business intelligence strategy and dashboards, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Apply statistical and best-practice visualization techniques to clearly communicate insights and complex findings.
• Collaborate on solution delivery for process optimization, technology enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
• Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement through proactive, data-driven insights. Model and maintain an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture that demonstrates McGee's values of Safety, Service, Integrity, Mutual Respect, Accountability, and Pride.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in business or data intelligence
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of business intelligence functions, including analytics, data mining, reporting, report conversion, data cleansing, data modeling and relational databases.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using front-end data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across different teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for aviation and a desire to build a career in the industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

• Aviation, Transportation, or related industry experience
