Your main goal as a Customer Chat Representative is to provide stellar service and help customers through their inquiries with ease. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Engage with customers through live chat, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.
• Provide detailed information about products and services that meet customer needs.
• Utilize great communication skills to recommend solutions, encouraging sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders and follow-up communications.
• Create an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred, but eagerness to learn can be just as valuable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple applications seamlessly.
• A passion for solving problems and helping customers feel valued.
• High energy and positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
