We are currently seeking a Clinic Lab Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic laboratories. In this leadership role, you will provide hands-on supervision and training for staff, ensure accurate testing and reporting, and support the delivery of high-quality patient care through lab services.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing day-to-day supervision and support for waived laboratory operations across clinics
Training and mentoring staff to maintain compliance with lab standards and procedures
Overseeing data collection, analysis, and quality control reporting
Collaborating with clinic directors, hospital laboratory personnel, and providers to ensure seamless service
Troubleshooting technical or procedural lab issues and ensuring timely resolution
Creating and maintaining staff schedules to ensure proper lab coverage
Supporting a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Salaried, exempt position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience (certification preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Minimum of 2 years performing waived laboratory testing
