Job Description

Hours: M-F 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Location: Eagan, MN

Pay: $40-$42k

• Provide phone-based support to consumers on hearing instruments and connectivity products (approx. 20 calls/day).
• Address consumer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints professionally
• Guide consumers to hearing care providers
• Document interactions and maintain detailed records across systems
• Ensure a positive customer experience and promote products and services
• Collect and relay possible trends, problems, and suggestions for improvement
• May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• MUST be tech savvy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must speak and write clearly and professionally.
• 1 - 2 years of customer service experience is preferred
• Genuine interest and desire to help people
• Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
