We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Pickup Associate to join our warehouse team. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers by ensuring orders are accurate, well-prepared, and safely loaded.
In This Role
- Pick and stage orders for customer pickup
- Load and unload container and or trucks
- Load product safely into customers' vehicles
- Stage and organize customers invoices
- Scan inventory into correct storage locations
- Transfer finished materials to designated areas within the warehouse
- Identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies
- Meet productivity requirements as needed
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center operations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours
