This hybrid customer service and administrative role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, loves problem-solving, and knows how to keep things running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, supporting internal departments, and helping ensure daily operations stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, solutions-focused support to customers over phone and email

  • Accurately process incoming orders and service requests

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow

  • Support internal teams with purchasing, order tracking, and scheduling

  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and order management tools

  • Assist with reporting, scheduling, and occasional support during busy seasonal periods

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in a customer service, administrative, or support role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus

  • Highly organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented

  • Comfortable multitasking and working with multiple teams
