About the RoleA Customer Service Liaison serves as the bridge between a company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, prompt resolution of issues, and an overall exceptional customer experience. This role requires a proactive approach to client care, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that strengthen long-term relationships. Responsibilities * Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company. * Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner. * Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining causes, and recommending solutions. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed efficiently. * Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions. * Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred). * Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools. * Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
