As we expand nationwide, we’re actively hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to join our high-performing team. Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and consumer brands at live events and retail promotions
Conduct face-to-face outreach to engage customers, promote brand awareness, and drive fundraising or product support
Assist with lead generation , customer acquisition , and donor retention strategies
Use CRM software to track campaign metrics and customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Attend regular training workshops and leadership development sessions
Local candidates with immediate availability (preferred)
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus
Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a coachable mindset
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Paid training with hands-on coaching from experienced sales and marketing professionals
Weekly pay (base salary + commission + performance bonuses)
