Looking for an Experienced Embroidery Machine Operator

Igg Screen Printing & Graphics, located at 1605 E US HWY Route 66, El Reno, OK 73036, is seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. We are only considering experienced applicants for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot four heads of embroidery to produce high-quality embroidered items
• Transfer designs from a computer to a machine, creating customized orders
• Handle thread color changes and needle changes when needed
• Process embroidery items, including hooping and backing placement, to ensure top-notch quality and output
• Inspect finished work for defects and adjust machinery to correct quality or efficiency issues
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including daily oiling and lint control, by manufacturer guidelines

Qualifications:

• Must possess excellent attention to detail and produce high-quality work
• Embroidery experience is mandatory
• Ability to understand and follow simple instructions
• Commitment to accuracy and consistency, including reviewing previous orders
• Familiarity with embroidery software
• Fluent in English
• Must be well-organized and able to keep orders in order

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, eight-hour days starting at 9 am - 6 pm

Experience:

• Required three years of experience. Looking to train a Manager for a growing shop

Work Location:

• One location.
