Growing practice is seeking an experienced Endodontist to join their team. Responsibilities:
* Perform accurate diagnoses through thorough evaluation of patients' dental health
* Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring endodontic care
* Perform root canal treatments, including retreatments and surgical procedures when necessary
* Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to provide integrated and coordinated care
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive measures for long-term dental health
Essential Job Functions:
* Utilize advanced dental equipment and technologies to provide efficient and high-quality endodontic treatments
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up appointments
* Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in endodontics through continuous education and professional development
* Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements in the provision of dental care services
* Uphold the highest standard of patient care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process
Skills:
* DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CDA)
* Completed an Endodontic Residency accredited by the CDA
* Valid dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
* Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
* Proficiency in using advanced dental technologies and tools
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize patient care
Benefits:
