Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch their careers in the communications field. As a key member of our communications department, you will support various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our company’s reputation and engaging our target audiences. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
• Support social media initiatives by drafting posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
• Conduct research to gather information relevant to ongoing projects and help identify media opportunities.
• Maintain and update the communications calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and team members are informed.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing media coverage and communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist with various projects.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Basic understanding of public relations and marketing principles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
