In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our executives and help enhance their productivity by managing their schedules, communications, and various tasks. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the workings of a fast-paced organization. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Assist with daily administrative tasks including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Prepare and file documents, reports, and presentations as needed
• Coordinate and organize meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items
• Conduct research and compile reports on various topics as assigned
• Handle personal errands and tasks to support executives in their daily activities

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
