📍 Location: Broken Arrow

💰 Compensation: $80k - 100k

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural drawings to determine project scope.
• Develop accurate estimates, including fabrication times and material costs.
• Perform material takeoffs and secure vendor quotes.
• Summarize scope of work and prepare client proposals.
• Support project management tasks to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, shop staff, and general contractors.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience interpreting architectural plans.
• Proven ability to develop accurate estimates, material takeoffs, and vendor quotes.
• Strong visualization skills to translate architectural concepts into fabrication processes.
• Background in estimating and project management.
• Excellent communication skills (internal and client-facing).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Integrity and strong work ethic.
