**Responsibilities:**
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas in hotels, Airbnb rentals, and other hospitality settings.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities for guests.
- Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and ensure rooms are neat and tidy according to hotel standards.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Follow housekeeping guidelines and industry standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests and co-workers.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or related roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
