Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:

• A BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
• 8-15 years of progressive HR experience , with a background in the manufacturing sector , ideally with fabrication experience.
• A proven track record in change management and team building .
• Demonstrable experience with union/labor relations .
• A strong bias for action , a positive outlook, and the ability to effectively address conflict.
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable interacting effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ideally, experience gained in larger corporate environments, demonstrating the ability to implement scalable HR solutions.
