Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Location: Irondale, AL

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE:

In this pivotal role, you'll be more than an HR partner, you'll be a coach and developer of people. You'll work side-by-side with managers to build leadership capacity, guide performance, and create a positive employee experience that reflects the values of our Catholic faith. You'll bring both strategic insight and day-to-day HR expertise to support our dedicated team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Coach and support supervisors to grow as leaders
Guide employee development and performance conversations
Help managers navigate staffing, hiring, and retention with excellence
Support engagement, training, and workforce initiatives
Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations and organizational growth
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by recommending HR best practices.
Leverage the HCM (Paylocity) to review workforce data and analyze trends in order to support proactive HR strategies.

ABOUT YOU:

5-7 years of broad HR experience (Generalist/Manager level), including coaching, staff development and employee relations.
Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR systems (Paylocity preferred).
Practicing Catholic with a commitment to EWTN's mission.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
