Job Title: Injection Mold Supervisor
Shift: 3rd shift, Sunday - Thursday, 1130pm - 8am
Salary: up to $32 an hour based on experience
Location: Mentor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on the manufacturing floor. This leadership role is responsible for driving performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring optimal use of equipment, personnel, and materials. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing operations and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and coach employees to align with operational goals and deliver high-quality output.
• Evaluate team members' interpersonal skills and provide constructive feedback for development.
• Schedule and assign personnel according to manufacturing demands and production schedules.
• Continuously monitor equipment capacity and material availability to allocate labor effectively.
• Match employees' skills with specific tasks and responsibilities on the manufacturing floor.
• Track production metrics including labor efficiency, output, expenses, and quality indicators.
• Collaborate closely with departments including Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, Planning, and Quality to ensure seamless execution of production schedules.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy meetings with leadership to align on priorities.
• Troubleshoot and optimize machine operations as needed, depending on part and material specifications.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Proven time management skills and strong communication with consistent follow-through.

• This is a physically demanding and safety-sensitive role requiring mobility throughout the plant.
• Must be able to climb ladders, operate machines, and perform changes overs.
• Forklift experience
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Overtime is required as needed.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a preemployment screening
