Landscape Foreman

Pay Range: $25-$30/hr DOE + Bonus + Benefits Package

Location: Eaton, CO

Schedule: Full-Time, Year Round

Position Type: Permanent Direct Hire

How you’ll spend your time as a Landscape Foreman :

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of landscape crews.

• Assign tasks and ensure workers follow proper procedures and safety guidelines.

• Train new crew members in equipment use, plant care, and landscape techniques.

• Monitor work quality and provide on-site guidance or corrections.

• Interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and specifications.

• Organize tools, equipment, and materials needed for each job.

• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Communicate with clients, contractors, or project managers about progress and issues.

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (e.g., skid steers, mowers, trimmers).

• Install hardscape features such as retaining walls, patios, and walkways.

• Perform planting, mulching, grading, irrigation installation, and sod laying.

• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems.

• Track crew hours, materials used, and progress toward deadlines.

• Report project updates to supervisors or company leadership.

• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.

• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.

• Address client concerns or questions on-site.

Skills & experience we’d like you to have as a  Landscape Foreman :

• 4+ years of landscaping experience, including hardscape.

• Strong leadership experience with 2+ years of crew management experience.

• Technologically proficient- experience with LMN a plus!

• Equipment operating experience, including skid steers, chainsaws, and Walker mowers.

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and make simple repairs on equipment.

• Willingness to complete a background check.

• Valid Colorado Driver’s License.
