Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a competitive annual salary between $135,000 and $145,000. The firm provides comprehensive benefits, including full coverage of health and dental insurance for the Office Manager and partial coverage for dependents.
Role Overview
The Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of administrative functions, including oversight of departments such as Accounting, IT, Office Services, Records, Library, and Calendaring. This role plays a key part in employee onboarding, benefits administration, training initiatives, policy enforcement, and staff relations. The manager will also lead recruitment efforts for non-attorney roles and ensure compliance with employment regulations. A strong emphasis is placed on cultivating a positive and productive workplace culture.
