Job Summary:
The Commercial Real Estate Underwriter will be responsible for evaluating and underwriting commercial real estate loan applications. This role involves analyzing financial statements, property appraisals, and market data to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers and the value of the collateral. Meridian provides a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus and benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 depending on the individual's experience level, skills and qualifications.
