"If it Matters Most, you can count on us!" $25 - $34 per hour Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate is reliable, clinically skilled, and committed to promoting the health and well-being of our residents during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions, reporting any significant changes to RN or physician
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs and emergencies

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of [State]
• Current CPR certification
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel from home to work shift
• Able to pass a drug screening/background check.
• Medium physical activity that may require occasional lifting, pushing or pulling up to 40 lbs
