**Job Description:**

As the Mail Order Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our mail order department. Your responsibilities will include managing order processing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment, coordinating with our inventory team, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Supervise the Mail Order Goblins, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.
• Manage the processing and fulfillment of all online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with our inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels, update product listings as necessary, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to mail orders.
• Assist our Logistic Manager in implementing and improving processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on mail order performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in mail order and retail operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in inventory management and order processing systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to maintain focus and avoid distractions.
• An interests in tabletop games and the gaming community is a plus
• Weekend availability required
