**Job Title: TIG Welder** + **1st shift Monday - Friday + OT** + **$25/hr** + **Long term with full benefits** **Job Description** Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel and other food-grade materials to maintain and repair equipment used in dairy and plant-based product manufacturing. Looking to also help out the Maintenance side. Candidates with mechanical knowledge and experience are preferred. **Responsibilities** + Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel and other food-grade materials to maintain and repair equipment used in dairy and plant-based product manufacturing. + Fabricate and assemble components for machinery, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. + Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. + Conduct inspections and tests on welds to ensure durability and adherence to industry standards. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict hygiene protocols required in food production environments. + Respond to emergency repair needs to minimize downtime in production. **Essential Skills** + TIG welding + Fabrication + Blueprint reading + Mechanical knowledge + Experience with stainless steel **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in food production environments + Ability to work in a collaborative team setting + Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards **Why Work Here?** We offer a collaborative work environment where your skills will be valued and developed.
