Northtowne Lincoln are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and be ASE certified. Previous experience is preferred but not required. The day-to-day duties include traveling in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls. Benefits Available: * Health, Medical and Dental * 401K Plan * Paid time off and vacation * Growth opportunities * Employee vehicle purchase plans * Family owned and operated * Long term job security Responsibilities: * Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty * Engage with many different customers each day and represent the dealership * Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments * Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order in a clean and efficient manner * Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication * Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order * Stay informed of Lincoln/Ford technical bulletins and complete required training * Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions * Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly Qualifications: * Detail-oriented and organized * Valid driver license * ASE/Manufacturer certifications - Ford certifications are desirable but not mandatory * Service Technician experience preferred * Strong use of technological devices including tablets About us: At Northtowne Auto Group, we believe in more than just selling vehicles - we believe in building relationships.
