What You’ll Do Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of multimedia content, executing on the organization's video content strategy Oversee the creation of videos Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to integrate content seamlessly into overall marketing campaigns.  Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools. Use insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the organization's content capabilities Conduct complex, important work under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment Product review videos and teasers Voiceovers (VO) for educational and lifestyle content Lifestyle interviews with OEMs, industry insiders, and everyday enthusiasts Cultural and travel segments, DIY explainers, and industry news Docuseries, behind-the-scenes features, and “day in the life” journeys Short-form editorial narratives and creative storytelling pieces Podcasts, as a host or featured contributor Travel on location to dealerships, OEMs, events, and real-world destinations to support shoots Collaborate with the videographer to execute creative vision, ensure visual cohesion, and nail tone and delivery Work closely with the Content Manager to align with brand voice, strategic objectives, and audience goals Scriptwriting, segment planning, and content ideation Represent Trader Interactive on camera in a way that is engaging, credible, and on-brand What We’re Looking For ~ Plenty of flexible leave options and employee benefits including up to 31 days of paid time off in your first year, continuing education with access to LinkedIn Learning, a full benefits package including medical, dental & vision, 401K with company match, and wellness program ~3+ years of relevant experience ~ A reel of your proven experience in on-camera hosting, journalism or related performance roles ~ Strong storytelling and communication skills, both scripted and improvised ~ Strong time management and organizational skills ~ A strong creative-type with a collaborative spirit with the ability to take direction and contribute creatively ~ Comfort working on location and adaptability to fast-paced shoots ~ Must be open to travel and irregular shoot schedules as needed Bonus Points Experience in voiceover work is a strong advantage Podcast hosting or guest experience Enthusiasm for boating, RVing, powersports, and/or outdoor travel a big plus Background in journalism, theater, media production, or marketing Familiarity with content creation tools and basic production knowledge Experience working alongside videographers, producers, or editors So come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.
