As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced, detail-driven Paralegal with a strong background in healthcare or medical legal support to play a critical role in supporting our legal and operations teams.

This is a unique opportunity for a legal professional who understands the nuances of the medical space and is passionate about compliance, contracts, and improving operational outcomes in a clinical setting.

What You'll Do:

  • Review, redline and manage contracts specifically related to physicians, healthcare vendors, and surgical partnerships
  • Assist with compliance tracking and regulatory documentation in accordance with medical industry standards (HIPAA, Stark Law, etc.)
  • Support medical collections processes, including follow-up with providers and coordination with finance department
  • Draft, revise, and manage legal documents including NDAs, MSAs, BAAs, and provider agreements
  • Organize and maintain legal documentation tied to our clinical partnerships, surgical operations, and vendor relations
  • Track legal deadlines and help ensure the timely execution of agreements crucial to healthcare delivery

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program
  • 2+ years of paralegal experience with a strong preference for experience in a healthcare, medical, or surgical setting
  • Proven ability to review, draft, and redline complex healthcare-related agreements
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other relevant frameworks
  • Experience supporting collections or legal follow-up in a medical or insurance-related environment is a plus
  • Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical and legal environment
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with legal, clinical, and financial teams
