Join our BIM team on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This role is responsible for creating shop and fabrication drawings for piping systems for our in-house mechanical division.

• Creating detailed shop and fabrication drawings for piping systems.
• Reviewing submittals, specifications, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with design intent.
• Attending coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
• Producing spool sheets and fabrication tickets for piping assemblies.
• Setting up Revit views and models for use by the project team.
• Identifying potential clashes or design issues and proposing solutions.
• Providing consistent follow-up and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D and 3D construction documents.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Revit, and other BIM-related software (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP).
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• 2-4 years of BIM experience in piping or mechanical systems preferred.
• Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
• Must pass background and drug screening as required.
• Safety-conscious and compliant with PPE and job site protocols.
• Maintains a neat and professional appearance.
