Support rotating and fixed equipment in a sold-out chemical plant. Work closely with the Reliability Manager to improve the reliability performance of the site. 9/80 or 4/10 schedule and non-union plant. Fixed Equipment and Mechanical Integrity will be the initial focus on the role.
Maintain the site mechanical integrity program
Fixed equipment engineering support to tanks, vessels, piping, exchangers
Analyze failures with RCFA and manage the NDT testing program
Support rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, blowers, agitators, centrifuges
Monitor Predictive/Preventative Maintenance programs
Manager small equipment improvement projects.
