Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Clinical Recruiter to join our clinical recruiting team. The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various clinical settings. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview clinical candidates, including nurses, allied health professionals, and healthcare support staff.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify credentials to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in clinical recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Clinical Recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills with a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
