Primary Care 365 Registered Nurse NIGHT SHIFT Location: Mercy Virtual, Chesterfield, MO, option for Hybrid after 60 days. Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts/weekNight Shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) | Every 3rd weekend | One major & one minor holiday/year Join Mercy's innovative Primary Care 365 team and help redefine patient care through virtual medicine.We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Primary Care 365 program, delivering high-quality, virtual care to patients across the Mercy network. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is passionate about improving access to care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide virtual nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Mercy policies.Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.Manage a wide range of patient needs, from education to acute care coordination.Handle after-hours and weekend calls from Mercy PCP offices, including medication refills and acute/chronic condition management.Monitor multiple patients simultaneously and respond to urgent needs in real-time.QualificationsEducation: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct clinical nursing experience required.Preferred: ICU, Stepdown, Telemetry, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or Critical Care.Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a Missouri RN license and licensure in other states as needed.Certification: BLS certification required within 6 months of hire.Skills & AbilitiesStrong clinical knowledge in complex medical conditions, anatomy, and EKG interpretation.Excellent communication skills for patient and family interactions via phone and video.Ability to work effectively in a virtual care team and manage multiple priorities.Cultural competence and resourcefulness in serving diverse populations.Leadership qualities and the ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations.Why Join Mercy Virtual?Mercy Virtual is a pioneer in telehealth, transforming how care is delivered.
