The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a key player in our growth, responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients. You'll connect with school administrators and decision-makers, helping them understand how our tutoring services can support their students' learning needs.
What You'll Do
Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to introduce potential clients to our services.
Research and identify leads within school districts and other educational organizations.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing alignment with our tutoring solutions.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop strategies and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and lead interactions in our CRM system.
Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and follow-up on campaigns.
Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.
Stay up to date on educational technology and tutoring industry advancements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Experience in sales development or inside sales, preferably in the education sector or with EdTech products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
