The Opportunity
The Supply Chain and Physical Security Senior Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for safeguarding CSL's global supply chain and physical assets. This dual-domain position ensures the protection of CSL's products, facilities (including third-party logistics providers), and personnel through proactive risk management and continuous improvement.
You will lead global projects to secure CSL's end-to-end supply chain ensuring compliance with international regulatory programs (e.g., CTPAT, AEO, ATT), conducting vulnerability assessments and managing incident investigations. You will also develop and deliver supply chain security training and awareness programs, maintaining threat intelligence and supporting third-party provider due diligence.
The Supply Chain and Physical Security Senior Manager will implement risk-based security measures across all CSL sites and 3PLs, conducting threat and vulnerability assessments and annual risk reviews and deliver global physical security awareness training. You will also oversee external security assessors and ensure policy and procedural compliance, align physical security practices with enterprise-wide standards and ensure understanding of CSL's global security policies.
The Role

Strategy & Governance
-Maintain harmonized global security procedures.
-Analyze exposures and propose cost-effective solutions.
-Prepare incident reports, program proposals, CAPAs, and budget forecasts.
Operations & Compliance
-Manage global supply chain security audits and corrective action plans.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CTPAT, AEO, ATT).
-Support CSL sites and third-party security operations.
Risk Management
-Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments.
-Maintain risk registers, incident logs, and threat intelligence.
-Oversee contract security assessors and third-party due diligence.
Training & Awareness / Talent Development
-Deliver security awareness and compliance training.
-Provide technical assistance on laws, regulations, and internal requirements.
-Stay current with global security trends and intelligence.
Investigations
-Plan and direct investigations under senior management guidance.
-Develop and implement investigative programs and strategies.
-Train subordinate investigators in investigative techniques.
Regulatory and Industry Engagement
-Maintain awareness of global regulations and security trends.
-Represent CSL in trade groups focused on supply chain security.
Your Skills & Experience
You will bring a blend of education, certifications, and hands-on experience in both supply chain and physical security.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Homeland Security, Security Management, Intelligence and Policy Analysis, or related fields.
-Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or PCI preferred.
-English proficiency required.
Experience
-10+ years in security management roles with global scope.
-Expertise in compliance programs, risk management, and incident response.
-Demonstrated regulatory knowledge and guidance in trusted trader schemes (e.g., CTPAT, AEO, ATT).
-Experience managing third-party vendors and teams.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security assessment tools.
Additional Requirements
-Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and conducting on-site inspections.
-Travel internationally 10-20% of the time.
