🚨 Now Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Pharma Manufacturing & Construction Projects | New Albany, OH 🚨

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing ? Do you thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments and have experience driving new product introductions (NPIs) and facility expansion initiatives?

A global biotech leader is seeking a Senior Project Manager in their Site Process Development unit. This high-impact role will give you the opportunity to lead critical NPI projects, oversee technical documentation, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams — all while contributing to the development of life-saving therapies.

Role: Senior Project Manager

Location: New Albany, OH (Fully Onsite)

Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)

Pay Rate: $64 – $72/hour (W2)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage NPI project scope, schedules, resources, and risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Process Development , Capital Projects , Combination Product Ops , Regulatory , and Quality to align on timelines and execution strategies.
• Support documentation including manufacturing procedures, training materials, validation protocols, and regulatory deliverables.
• Proactively manage risk, identify issues, and escalate appropriately.
• Engage with global and network teams to ensure clinical and commercial deliverables are met.

✅ Top Must-Have Skills:

1. Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing biotech/pharma manufacturing and office construction projects (e.g., SmartSheet scheduling).
2. Industry Experience: Deep understanding of the biotech/pharma industry’s processes and regulatory timelines.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive progress across matrixed teams.

📚 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science , Engineering , or Management (Advanced degree a plus)
• Minimum 7 years , ideally 15+ years of project management experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical space.
• Prior experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
• Experience with Smartsheet and facility project coordination is a big plus

⚠️ Red Flags:

• No flexibility for extended hours during peak execution phases
• Lack of biotech/pharma project management experience
• No experience in matrixed or multi-stakeholder environments

⏰ Work Schedule:

• Standard hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Occasional extended hours (up to 10–13 additional hours/week) during critical phases
• May occasionally shift start time (e.g., 10 AM)
