What You’ll Be Doing:
✔Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining advanced pool equipment.
✔Performing minor plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
✔Conducting inspections and troubleshooting to ensure pool efficiency.
✔Educating clients on best practices to maintain their systems.
✔Collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2+ years of mechanical experience (pool industry experience a plus!)
✔Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
✔Ability to work independently and within a team .
✔Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✔A positive attitude and a clean driving record .
