Job Title: Judaic Pedagogical Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Judaic Pedagogical Coordinator works in close collaboration with the Director of Early Childhood Education and administrative team to support teachers in implementing high-quality, constructivist Jewish early childhood education. The Judaic Pedagogical Coordinator will use a variety of educational tools and approaches including relationship based coaching, technical assistance, and reflective practice to ensure that learning environments, curriculum, and classroom interactions are inspired by Jewish traditions and aligned with our school’s emergent and child-centered philosophy. This individual serves as a key leader in curriculum planning, teacher growth, and building meaningful connections between school, family, and Jewish life. The Judaic Pedagogical Coordinator will be a vital team member and be willing and able fill in any role within the school as necessary including being in all classrooms. This is a highly collaborative role.
