Acquisitions Underwriting Analyst – San Diego, CA (Onsite)

Salary: $70,000 – $110,000 annually, plus 5–10% bonus depending on level

A rapidly growing real estate investment firm is hiring a newly created Acquisitions Underwriting Analyst role to support their expanding industrial portfolio. This opportunity offers direct exposure to senior leadership and active involvement in the full deal cycle from underwriting through close.
About the Role:
Reporting to the VP of FP&A, the Analyst will work alongside two Managing Directors. You’ll be responsible for underwriting industrial acquisitions, performing due diligence, and preparing high-impact materials for investment committee presentations.
