We are a dynamic, women-owned law firm with a strong presence across multiple states, specializing in representing mortgage lenders, banks, and financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and REO matters. We're seeking a talented Attorney to join our team in Laurel, MD.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage a Diverse Caseload: Handle a high volume of cases, prioritizing and managing your workload efficiently.
Draft and Review Legal Documents: Prepare and review pleadings, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Represent Clients in Court: Attend hearings and status conferences, advocating for your clients' interests.
Collaborate and Communicate: Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and team members, fostering strong professional relationships.
Develop Creative Solutions: Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions to mitigate client risk.
What We're Looking For:

A Juris Doctorate degree and active membership in the VA bar.
Admission to US District Court and bankruptcy courts (preferred).
Previous experience in title, bankruptcy, foreclosure, or mortgage banking (a plus).
A driven and motivated individual eager to advance their legal career.
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
