Job Title: Injection Molding Lead – 1st Shift

Location: Saukville, WI

Compensation: Up to $28/hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Overview:

A manufacturing facility in Saukville is seeking a qualified Injection Molding Lead to oversee operations within its Molding and Finishing Departments. This position is responsible for supervising a team of up to 12 technicians while performing and directing machine setups, process improvements, and quality control. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in injection molding and proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily activities in molding and finishing operations
• Set up, adjust, and optimize various injection molding machines
• Monitor production efficiency, machine cycle times, and material usage
• Train, coach, and mentor team members in setup procedures and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel on equipment readiness and preventive maintenance
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and internal quality systems
• Track production data, including labor, scrap rates, and cycle time efficiency
• Prioritize production schedules and communicate across shifts
• Promote and enforce all safety protocols and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on injection molding experience, including advanced machine setups
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred team size: 8–12)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with secondary processes such as sonic welding is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred

1st Shift (Daytime Hours)

Compensation:

Up to $28/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
