**What You Will Do**
- JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Information Technology Intern to support our HR team in business process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing and documenting HR processes, identifying areas for efficiency, and contributing to organizational transformation efforts. They will also be critical in HR Master Data Management governance in various systems.

+ Build cross-functional collaboration skills with HR, IT, and business teams.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO
+ Assist with documenting and visualizing current HR processes using process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
+ Partner with HR subject matter experts to gather process requirements and understand pain points.
+ Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or improvement opportunities.
+ Support the development of future-state process models and improvement recommendations.
+ Help prepare documentation and training materials to support change management.
+ Participate in workshops, interviews, and meetings to support process discovery and validation.
+ Maintain organized records of process documentation and ensure updates reflect ongoing changes.
+ Contribute to internal reporting and tracking of process improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
+ Strong interest in HR operations, process improvement, or organizational development.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with process mapping tools is a plus.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
+ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
+ Experience with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar.
+ Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
**Work Environment and Physical Demand**
+ Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (up to 10 lbs.).
+ Walks, sits, or stands for extended periods.
+ Requires prolonged machine operation including vehicle, computer, and keyboard equipment.
+ Use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
